During the custom design journey, we will collaborate closely with you to ensure that the result brings your unique vision to life

Concept & Brief

Our experienced team will assist you in choosing from a vast palette of hues or even matching a shade to a paint colour, upholstery swatch, artwork, and other
elements. Minimum quantities are required on all custom colour carpets, talk to our team about these.

Samples

Before commencing the production phase, we will arrange for a yarn sample in your selected colour to ensure the desired result.

Production

The carpet is produced by our manufacturing team in Melbourne, allowing us to provide the perfect outcome for your custom carpet or rug. The minimum
quantity for a custom-made order is xxx carpet or xxx rug/s.

Installation

The last stage involves installation. If you’re in Melbourne, you can contact our showroom or your local retailer for installation. For those in other states or New
Zealand, we will suggest a trusted retailer to ensure that the final product aligns perfectly with your vision.
