Brahman Perera has designed the first boutique for the Australian fashion house Henne, situated on Greville Street, Prahran. The store’s design, rooted in conceptual ideals, pays homage to the fashion label’s core principles of timeless style for all women.
The store showcases garments arranged in capsule-like wardrobes. Upon entry, rich timber and soft neutral tones set the stage, with the Supertuft Higgie Blue carpet drawing attention as it creates a staircase feature. Inspired by clear blue skies, this carpet acts as a visual portal to the upstairs space, providing a natural backdrop to the store’s earthy palette.
Elegant and airy, the upstairs area is a harmonious blend of tones and textures, illuminated by a soft, golden glow. Featuring the Supertuft Bronte Twist carpet and beautiful bespoke furniture pieces, the space exudes a cozy yet luxurious residential ambience.
